Sumit Anand is a professional engineer in the state of Texas. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering with a research focus on Process Safety. After 19 years of industry experience with companies including CITGO, KBR, and BASF, Sumit took over as Chief Technical Officer at Aggie Safety in 2024. Sumit specializes in Compliance Audits & Inspections, Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Management Plan (RMP), Engineering Evaluations, Process Hazards Analysis, Pressure Relief Systems, Explosion Protection, Process Optimization, and Occupational Safety.

Earl Fallen is a Senior Loss Control Advisor with Aggie Safety & has 40 years of experience supporting businesses of all sizes with OSHA safety compliance. He completed his baccalaureate work at the University of Puget Sound and the College of the Mainland. He authored the only Texas-accredited continuing education training course on “Loss Control” for insurance agents in 2003. His clients range from Commercial Real Estate and Steel Fabrication to Construction, Automotive Services, Wireless and Cable Service Organizations, Medical Service Providers, Plumbing Contractors, Air Conditioning Contractors, and International Oilfield Equipment Fabricators. Earl has experience with OSHA enforcement and has negotiated remedies acceptable to OSHA, helping clients save hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.
